CONCEPT STUDIES

As a first step in exploring the possibilities for building rowing facilities, Peterson Architects frequently completes concept or feasibility studies for clients.  These studies provide an opportunity to consider in depth what facilities a rowing organization needs and the possible costs for a project that will address them.  They are also an occasion for considering issues related to the site and access.  These reports can vary in their scope; they can be limited to the expertise of Peterson Architects, with clients seeking cost information from contractors or other sources.  Alternatively, Peterson Architects can engage engineers, permitting consultants, cost estimators or other consultants to make the studies more comprehensive.
