Jeffrey d. Peterson, AIA, LEED AP
Firm Principal Jeff Peterson founded Peterson Architects in
2001. Jeff received his B.A. from Princeton University and
his Master of Architecture from the University of Virginia.
Jeff is a LEED accredited architect with
experience in all phases of project development. He has been
particularly involved in the planning, design and construction
of academic and institutional buildings, including libraries,
student centers, classroom buildings, athletic facilities,
galleries and offices. Jeff rowed in high school, college and on the US National Team and also coached crews at Princeton and UVA. He is known as one of the world’s foremost architects of rowing facilities such as boathouses and rowing tanks.

Steve Scapicchio, AIA
Steve Scapicchio received a Bachelor of Fine
Arts and a Bachelor of Architecture from the Rhode Island
School of Design. He received a Master of Architecture in
Urban Design from the Harvard Graduate School of Design, where
he won the Gerald McCue Medal for Highest Academic Achievement.
Steve has extensive experience in planning and design for
educational, residential, and institutional clients.
